ERROR Error Connecting Ufs: Hwk Login Error: -5_ Please Help Me

Hi,
I made a big mistake & uninstalled my ufshwk suite & ufshwk support suite from my pc...
The reason for me uninstalling the software was I was problems connecting any bb5 phones, kept saying 1st boot error, so I thought that I would reinstall the software to try & fix the problem

BIG MISTAKE!!!

Now I cant reinstall the software as it gives me an error when installing the ufs suite. Support suite installs 100% but when I try to install the suite, it says "Install not authorised......."

I think that by uninstalling the software, I have lost two very important files {GlobalOptions.reg & Hardware ID file}

I have tried this solution:

It seems that the new security measures that have been put in place are causing alot of problems for many users & still no 100% solution. Maybe Saras needs to sort out a new update without so many bugs....


Is there anyway that I can solve the problem????

Is your box original or clone?
What sort of update are you looking for, for your box?
Please post log file so we can help you better.

first of all u need to scan your computer virus prob.
(1) install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.10.000.
(2) update your box.....
(3)HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.10.000.
if it dosen't work you need fbi file from your reseller.
only the one person who can sol your problem.
contac your reseller. u perches your box...

at first check the date of posting problems then post solution. Anyway it is hwk chip problem,in these case u need to clean hwk connection,or need replace chip.
